Job Responsibilities

Production Planning With Pri Production Head And Implementation Of Production Plan On Shop Floor Daily Basis .
Co-Ordinate With Lines Contractors For Manpower Setting On Lines And Plant Startup-Shutdown Procedure.
Monitor Lines Output With Taking Maximum Lines Efficiency.
Co-Ordinate To Run Bottling Process As Per Pri Sop Of Bottling Standards.
Manage All Sop's And Process Parameters With Production ,Quality As Well Maintenance Team.
Responsible For Overall Lines Productivity ,Product Quality And Wastage Controls Initiatives.
Co-Ordination With Maintenance Deptt. For Machines Spares Purchase, Preventive Maintenance Schedule And Daily Lines Breakdowns Handling.
Co-Ordinate With Excise Team For Daily Line Wise And Batch Wise Production Reporting To Upload All Data On Excise Portal .
Co-Ordinate With Safety Deptt. For All Activities In Operation . Well Aware With Work Permits And Safety Standards Of Industry
Co-Ordinate With Plant Housekeeping Team To Maintain Hygiene In Overall Bottling Area.
Reporting Lines Production , Lines Breakdown ,Wastage Report And Safety Incidents On Daily Basis To Production Head (Rll As Well Pri Heads )
Should Have Well Aware Of Tpm Or Xo , Mainly Must Have Jh Knowledge In Production Deptt .
