Roles and Responsibilities:

Handling customer queries via Email
6 Month experience of emails or chats preferred
Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

Key skills required:

Excellent English communications skills
Ability to listen and active problem solving skills
Good interpersonal skills
Ability to handle pressure

Education:-Any Graduation (10+2+3)

Experience:- Fresher with excellent communication/ 6 month in Email or Chat

Languages:- Excellent English
