Role: Trainer
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: To train the new recruits on product & process/soft skills and bring them up to the expected bench mark, before they hit the floor.
Ensuring Improvement of Quality Scores of Employees
Responsible for conducting refreshers training program based on the training need analysis shared by the Transactional Quality team
Responsible for the certification of the new hire trainings at the respective center
Responsible to increase training through put for the respective batch.
Conducting Knowledge Assessment Test on timely basis.
Prepares new sales representatives by conducting orientation to sales process.
Developing individual coaching plans, providing resources and assistance.
Hiring SPECIFICATION:
Education:- Graduate
Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in training in the field of soft skills and communication.
Experience/knowledge of Bank's products and processes.
