Maintain and expand database of leads and prospects within the assigned focus area.
Help Sales Manager identify the potential account list by leveraging Marketing Database,
LinkedIn and other secondary sources.
Good understanding of the target market (GEO/Vertical).
Ability to do secondary research and help the Sales manager build relevant messages for the
reach out.
Responsible for scheduling and setting relevant first meetings in the assigned geography and
technologies/vertical.
With Sales Manager's guidance and direction, communicate with responses received to
Reach Out (email, LinkedIn, Call etc) and determine appropriate time to involve Sales Manager.
Sourcing new sales leads and opportunities through cold calls and emails
Routing qualified leads to Sales Manager for further development and closure
Working closely with Sales Manager to convert the Relevant Completed First Meetings to Leads,
proposals submitted and customer wins.
Ensure the CRM is updated daily with the activates
Ensure 100% compliance to the sales process
The work timing will be aligned to the respective geography.
Accountabilities and Performance measures:
Achieves the required number of relevant first meetings each month and working along with the
sales manager achieve the target of number of proposals submitted every quarter.
Build a strong leads pipeline.
Work closely with the Sales manager to achieve the booked revenue targets.
