Key Result Areas of a Team Leader

The KRAs of Team Leader include:

• To organize induction training of all the staff members of concerned Hub.
• To undertake joint visits to impart On the Job training and to address non-performance issues
• To impart refresher training to the hub staff on current and ongoing process changes.
• To ensure model Code of Conduct by the Field Executives and foster team building.
• To maintain MIS (Records) of training and individuals performance.
• To take care of basic hygiene issues such as uniform, SIM cards, and statutory requirements w.r.t. Field Executives salary and benefits.
