Hiring Customer Support Executive(Semi-Voice Process).
Customer relation officers are responsible for receiving inbound calls from new and existing customers regarding a variety of requests. Using their knowledge of products or services as well as great customer service skills, these professionals address issues, provide support and offer information, as needed, to keep customers satisfied and retain business.
The individual will be responsible to handle email volume from new and existing customers and not inbound calls.
They require a thorough knowledge of the products and services, good oral and written skills. Demonstrated success in s customer service is required.
