Job Description
Job Title: Project Manager
Company: Power Electronics Company (power Electronics Products)
Purpose of Recruitment: Company is in the Process of Commercial Introduction and Implementation of Several Electronics
New Products. Company Needs An Experienced Project Manager Who Has Hands On Exposure in Similar Capacity.
Salary: 30,000 to 50,000 per month + Other Facilities
Criteria;
Qualification: Be/b.tech in Electronics / Electrical (electronics Major**)
Experience: Minimum 5 Years of Experience in Electronics Project Implementation and Completion of Project Life Cycle is Mandatory**.
Good Communication and Leadership Skills.

Responsibilities:-----
- Should Be Able to Handle Total Project Management Involving Multiple Products (electronics /electrical) Installation and Commissioning.
- Liaison with Vendors and Collaborators, Customers.
- Responsible for Overseeing and Coordinating the Activities Associated with all New Product Development Projects.
- Utilizing the Principles of Project Management and the Company's Portfolio and Design Control Processes.
- Plan, Organize, Lead, and Monitor the Activities of Cross-functional Project Teams While Maintaining Overall Control of the Schedule and Committed Deliverables.
- Ensure that Project Information is Always Up-to-date and Prepare Periodic Reports for the Design Engineers and Management.
- Responsible for the Coordination and the Administration of Engineering & Operations' Resources Allocated to New Product Development Projects to Maximize Efficiency and Meet all Necessary Deliverables.
- Coordinate with the Related Departments of the Company and Implementation of Process Improvements.
- Propose/ Review Changes to Existing Processes in Order to Maximize Efficiency / Shorten Product Development Timelines.
