Dear All,
SpiceJet invites energetic and enthusiastic candidates to join them for the position of Executive/Sr Executive/Assistant Manager - Accounts Payable in our Finance Department on Wednesday, 23rd March '22, from 9:00 am to 10:30 am.
Designation: Executive - Accounts Payable
Department: Finance
Location: Gurugram
Educational Qualification: Post Graduate/Graduate with Commerce background.
Experience: 1- 5 Years
Job Responsibilities:
- Basic knowledge of accounting & taxes
- Invoice verification
- Invoice processing in ERP system
- Payment processing
- Vendor reconciliation
- GL & variance analysis
- Knowledge of TDS & GST (Input Credit, RCM applicability, etc.)
- Month-end provisioning & closing of books of accounts.
- Quarter closing & statutory audit clarifications.
Required Skill Sets:
- Good oral & written communication skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel & MS Word is a must.
- Preferable SAP experience.
- Good analytical skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong decision-making & problem-solving ability.
