Job Description

Looking for Recruitment trainers . We are looking for an excellent Corporate Trainer to help employees cultivate their skills and knowledge.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Proven experience as corporate trainer.
Excellent communication skills.
Liaise with managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions.
Design effective training programs.
Support and mentor new employees.
Collaborates with training team to assess, design, develop and maintain training solutions
and components.
Conducting an analysis to identify the areas of improvement.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Qualifications: Any Graduate or post graduate

Experience of 2- 3 years.
Presentation skills
Basic technical knowledge.
Creative / flexible
Driven by timelines.
Applicant should be willing to work in US Timings (Night Shift)- Mon to Friday
