FCS Software Solutions hiring - Lead Generation Executive.

Noida Location

Night Shift (8:30 pm to 5:30 pm)

Work from office

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Experience of working in Lead Generation role.
• Able to penetrate clients through targeted email campaigns, cold calling, LinkedIn etc. and identify target audience.
• Should be target oriented with the ability to excel under pressure.
• Responsible for generating potential business leads.
• Should have the ability to handle multiple projects/campaigns.
• Able to pitch Learning products mapped to business need or requirements.

DESIRED SKILLS:

• Very Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
• Strong telephone and verbal communication etiquettes for engaging discussions.
• International B2B or B2C outbound calling would be an added advantage
• Knowledge of MS Office & Advanced Excel
• Time management & Leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Balanced skill profile including attention to detail, problem solving
• Should have at the least 6 month of B2B/B2C International calling experience
• Creative thinker with problem solving abilities and objection handling.
