Roles and Responsibilities
- Approach patients in field visits- one-on-one in their primary care provider's office or local
community clinic - Conduct/participate in health fairs and/or other community outreach activities
- Schedule and attend visits to Chest Physicians and conduct regular follow ups
- Obtain line list/CBNAAT reports of patients from ACH/DTO and CTO
- Attend monthly DTO/CTO meets
- Place phone calls, emails, or send messages to potential patients via line lists
- Advertise (after NARI EC permission) in community newsletters, local newspapers, radio, or television stations.
- Send letters or postcards (often from the patient's provider)
- Distribute or display flyers, pamphlets, brochures, and/or posters
- Perform basic counseling and/or educational activities to patients, families, communities
- Following MSF protocols and procedures, in order to improve the health condition of the patient.
- Collect and report specific information related to the Target Group
- Keep files and statistics updated about the counseling and/or educational activities
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications : Degree in Social Work preferable
Experience : Minimum 1-3 years in Healthcare and Research.
Desirable Working Experience in related field.

- Able to integrate into a multi-cultural team and cooperate with co-workers
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team and ability to cope with stress.
- Ability to act with responsibility
- Demonstrates flexibility in taking up tasks outside of regular job responsibilities

- Aptitude for humanitarian medical work.
- Excellent Reporting Skills.
- Languages : Marathi, Hindi and English
- Computer Skills ( MS Word / MS Excel ) & Data Entry in Nikshay
