Openings for Customer Support in Bangalore, Contact HR AKhila 8848211*** Job Title: Customer Service Executive(CSE)  Location: Bangalore   Position Type: Fulltime  Salary Range:  SE - CTC of  5.3 lacs (1.9 lacs fixed + 2.4 lacs variable - payable monthly)  CSE/RME- CTC of 4.7 lacs (1.9 lacs fixed + 1.8 lacs variable- payable monthly)  Employee Value Proposition: Employee health insurance of Rs 1 lakh per year. Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication. Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
