Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: -
1.Achieve the Sales Targets set by the company.
2.Account Management in co-ordination with respective teams.
3.Growth in business by way of generating additional business/ expansion.
4.Overall monitoring of sales & operations, monitor KPIS, Generate Reports, Analyze Business
5.Recruiting & Training of sales promoters, team members.
6.Reviewing sales on weekly basis formats in place already for reports.
7.Draw incentive scheme for team to motivate achieve objectives
8.New incentive scheme for team.
9.Planning and executing marketing needs.
10.Process & actionable that sustains growth & minimizes losses to the business.
11.Lead the team by example, constantly motivating & encouraging towards company objectives.
12.Monitoring & reporting to HRD in concern with Sales promoter's attendance, leave & admin activities
