Job Responsibilities :
To generate business in all product categories - Pillows, foam, spring, furniture & furnishing as per the given targets on a monthly / quarterly / annual basis, strictly abiding the current Company's Trade Policy (TP)
To keep the outstanding at the minimum/ as per company's norms.
To keep a watch on the market changes and give input for the same.
To make calls to the dealers
To increase the dealer network by appointing new dealers.
To reactivate the old partners.
To ensure proper product & brand display at dealer counters.
To maintain a good relationship with the dealers.
To redress customer complaints.
To ensure that dealer is practising company ethics of MRP etc.
