Process: Customer Service/Banking
Designation: Process Associate
Roles: Its a banking process so the candidates have to provide the services regards to any issue the customer is facing on the banking products ,like the issue related to internet banking, nri services, savings account, current account issue ,issue related to debit and credit cards,etc
Qualification: Any Graduates
Experience: Minimum 1 year of customer support experience mandatory
Salary: Fresher Salary 3.5lpa and experience salary upto 5.5lpalpa.
