Job Description

What youll do:

Work closely with business leaders and recruiters to understand the staffing requirements and specific job objectives

Communicate with relevant candidates about the company and the job

Manage the ATS and keep it up to date

Coordinate and maintain calendar invites for Skype, T-con and, on-site interviews

Follow up with the candidates for assignment submissions and set up calls with panels whenever necessary

Maintain a complete record of interviews and sourcing trends

Stay up-to-date with current recruiting methods

What youll need:

At least 1 year of work experience as a recruitment coordinator or equivalent

Excellent communication skills

Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline

Good understanding about various tech stacks

Familiarity with an applicant tracking systems / candidate management systems will be ideal

Familiarity with social media hiring

Good sourcing knowledge through various job portals
