We have over 50 years experience in the industry and we are growing rapidly! Now we are seeking to immediately hire a Modern Trade Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

l New Business Development activities into the market.

l Handling of Modern Trade clients like metro cash and carry, Croma, More Mega store, Big Bazar etc.

l Primary & Secondary sales growth, Display & Market share growth, Order execution & fill rate,

l Collections & Sign Offs

l Negotiation of trade partner volume/ margins/ schemes

l Plano-gram: Working in sync with the category team to create winning plano-grams; Market mapping of competition

l assortment among top trade partners, identifying gaps & getting our best SKUs listed in limited range/ space allotted

l Implementation of regional marketing activities- dissemination of consumer finance schemes, merchandising at

l outlets, outdoor activities in residential areas

l Price negotiations, MOP setting, new category introduction, collections & payment terms with trade partners

l Target setting, Training of promoters/ Trade Partner staff, performance review, rewards & recognition

l Daily operations of order generation, fulfillment, service issue resolve, relationship building
