Job Description
Apollo Tele Health is hiring Optometrist at in Multiple locations.
Job Locations: Hyderguda & Chandanagar & Navi Mumbai
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough routine comprehensive Eye Examination
- Diagnose Refractive errors and color blindness.
- Prescribe corrective lenses
- Counselling the customers regarding selection of Appropriate frames and lenses
- Record all diagnosis and prescriptions
- Pitch sale of frame and lenses to prospective customers
- Have knowledge of latest trend of frames in market.
- Have information about pricing and offers at store to pitch to customers.
- Bill to the customer based on the tariff chart in the billing module.
- Settle cash and card accounts everyday.
- Record all inventory and track inventory from the inventory module.
- Report replenishment requirement and available stock as per the processes defined by the organization.
Qualification:
- Diploma in Optometry with minimum 2 years experience or Bachelors in Optometry
- Ability to build rapport and trusting relationships.
- Ability to understand unstated needs of the customer and offer solutions.
- Clear articulation and active listening skills.
- Proactive task ownership, result-orientation, and customer-orientation.
- Ability to multitask and organize activities based on priority.
Required Languages:
- English, Hindi & Telugu, if any other reginal language will be an added advantage.
