We are Hiring for HR Generalist Role- Sr. Executive

Educational Qualification- MBA (HR)/ PG Diploma in HR

Location- Mumbai

OSG Shift Timing- 1pm to 10 pm/ 2 pm to 11 pm, since India HR will coordinate with US Office HR Team.

Currently WFH, once office opens up will get drop facility post 10 pm .

Key Skill /Skill Specialization : Human Resources

Mandatory Skills ":

• Post Graduate in Human Resource Development (Full Time) ,
• Experience as an HR Generalist 
• Strong analytical skills and MS Office skills (Excel in specific) 
• Team player with ability to collaboratively work with wide range of people at different levels 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Flexible and ability to handle multiple tasks"

Desired Skills ":

Candidate with 2-5 years of experience in HR domain 

Previous experience in IT industry (Preferred)"

"1) Onboarding: a. Managing end to end onboarding cycle b. Conduction Orientation c. Documentation d. New joiner engagement e. Onboarding survey analysis

2) HR Market Partner: a. To plan and execute employee engagement activities b. To plan and execute Reward & Recognition program c. Employee connect and communication

3) HR Operations: a. Maintain/ Updation of HR database/ tracker b. Data analysis c. Timely resolving any employee query d. Preparing letters To plan/ excecute/ support any other activity as required."
