Job Responsibility
Responsible for the complete, Sales, Operations, Inventory, pricing, and gross margins.
Develop Concept / Brand attributes and positioning strategy in line with Organizations guidelines.
Responsible for developing the Sales targets with E-Commerce portals and making 360degree
marketing plan to achieve the same on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Cloudtail
Prepare the Annual online marketing budget for the e-commerce partners and allocate budget to
brands with the break up in terms of season, campaign, media etc
Prepare annual marketing calendar for Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Cloudtail
Manage appropriate product promotions on all E Commerce platforms in collaboration with
Platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Cloudtail
Designing and planning exclusive product ranges for e-commerce partners and working closely
with design, product, and production team
Recommend e-commerce (online ) store promotions in consultation with the vendors and
ecommerce portal.
Recommend events specific to the brand, product category and season.
Forecast along with the vendors and the e-commerce portal on the increase in traffic during the
promotions.
Ensure the listing of all the stock is live on the e-commerce portal.
Know the customer:
Deeply understand customer behavior, develop new customer insights
Own the business: Co-own the P&L, develop the business model, understand where opportunities
are, and create a viable business to service them
