Position-Key Account Manager (BD & Delivery)
Location- Gurgaon
Roles and Responsibilities:-

• Responsibleforendto endprocess(Client OnBoardingtoRecruitment delivery)
• Responsible for New Client Acquisition as well as day to day client coordination.
• Driving Recruitment team to ensure maximum closures
• B2B, Sales, Negotiation and closing the Commercial & Agreement formalities.
• Client relationship to ensure regularbusinessopportunities.
• Responsible for acquiring new clients in PAN India market through cold calling and meeting with the prospect clients.
• Maintaining good relationships with the clients so that thebusinesscan maximize the value of those relationships.
• Expertiseinclienthandlingandreceivedmanyappreciationformclientsforgood
• Responsible for the formulation of business development strategies and the implementation of these strategies with the Operations to win business from existingkeyaccountsas well as map newaccounts.
• Closely taking care of 8-10 peoples in a team

Desired Candidate Profile

• 8-10Years of Experience (Non IT Only)

• Experience in managing large key clients in the Contract staffing business
• Specific experience in Staffing industry involving handling of large
  enterprise clients staffing needs with end-to-end responsibility including Recruitment, HR Operations and Revenue management through Client engagements
• Front end Client management is a must
• Excellent English Communication skills - written and oral
• Knowledge about the current market trends related to staffing services
• Proven ability to handle revenue targets and onboarding targets is a must
