Job Brief

We are looking for a qualified team leader to manage our team and provide effective guidance. You will be responsible for supervising, managing and motivating team members on a daily basis. As a team leader, you will be the contact point for all team members, so your communication skills should be excellent, ultimately, you should lead by setting a good example and engage the team to achieve goals.

Roles and Responsibilities

Expertise in Contract to Hire/Staffing model
Collaborate with leadership on strategic resource planning and designing large hiring programs
Creating and implementing talent acquisition strategies/ programs for senior positions, mid-career positions, and graduate hiring
Implement social media techniques into recruitment policies and procedures
Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
Set clear team goals.Oversee day-to-day operation
Motivate team members.Listen to team members feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
End to end recruitment. Screening and sourcing CV's
Manage and lead a dynamic team that responds and fulfils Clients hiring needs.
Impart hands-on training to recruiters.
Prioritise work and review it with team member (recruiters)
Familiar with professional social networking sites and portals
