To handle FLE / PLE , Operations Floor Support teams , Representation of L&D in Operation interactions

Minimum requirements (Education Qualification & Work Experience)

• Bachelors degree
• Should have training / work experience in the call centre industry
• Should have managed a team

• Creation of team dossiers
