1. 1+ years of server-side application development experience with Java, Spring, Springboot, Microservices

2. Demonstrated experience delivering highly scalable products

3. Deeply technical with a track record of successful delivery.

4. An entrepreneurial spirit combined with strong program and product management skills.

5. Proven success in building, motivating and retaining teams.

6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex plans and designs.

7. Excellent judgment, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

8. Excellent design and architecture knowledge.

9. Data-driven decision-making.
