Kaspa Infotech has just launched our Training program (Java Developer) where we will accept up to 30 candidates (freshers or junior developers).

The program includes a four month paid training period and candidates that completes the program will be guaranteed a permanent position.

You will be taken through a streamlined training program in a virtual classroom like environment which is geared to expedite your path to working on active projects.

The Planned start date for this program is the week of 1 Apr 2022.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Write efficient, testable and maintainable code.

- Work independently or/and as part of a team.

Contributing to a multi-layered solution architecture and understand the specify business,
application, data and infrastructure design requirements.

- Create design documents that describe software structures.

- Provide technical assistance to testers in testing software.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Strong fundamentals and functional knowledge of Java

- Basic knowledge of SQL

- Possess a genuine interest in programming.

- Basic knowledge of Data Structure principles & techniques.

- Understand the concepts of SDLC, MVC and database structures.

- Competent knowledge of HTML5 and CSS.

- Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science or equivalent (or in progress)

Nice to Have

- Familiar with any modern java script framework

- Familiar with code versioning (ex SVN, Git)

- Familiar with web services JSON/XML

- Understanding of UI & UX standards
