Sr Software Engineer (AI Platform Middleware) @ ServiceNow

What you get to do in this role:

Architecture and build the future of the ServiceNow ML Platform

Operate, monitor and provide support on the core components of the best cloud-based ML Platform that power ServiceNow intelligent enterprise services

Constantly collaborate with a team of like-minded developers data scientist, product managers, quality engineers, site reliability engineers and security engineers to produce reliable, scalable and state of the art quality software

Work with product owners to understand detailed requirements and own your code from design, implementation, testing and delivery of high-quality solutions to our users

To be successful in this role you have:

• 5+ years of related experience with a Bachelors degree; or 3 years and a Masters degree; or equivalent work experiences

• Hands-on experience in building enterprise software and documentation and actively supporting other teams in adopting tooling and standards development best practices

• Hands-on experience in Docker, Kubernetes, Splunk (or other Monitoring tools), Ubuntu, Shell/Bash

• Hands-on experience with container technologies and any observability platforms

• Good experience on programming skills/languages Python, Java, Javascript, Go

• Experience building new products that leverage challenging high-performance algorithms

• Experience of testing at various levels, profiling, and code tuning

• Awareness or Exposure to AI/ML techniques and algorithms is a plus
