Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations:
Analyze, understand business requirements by collaborating with the functional stakeholders and document the technical requirements for the chatbots platform
Develop technical solutions that would cater to the business needs
Create strategies and roadmaps to define the future by adopting to industry standards
Think out of the box and enable innovative solutions that can automate business processes through chatbot platform
Define guidelines and frameworks to standardize the deployment strategy which also ensures a consistent user experience across different bot channels
Foster the Agile DevOps culture through the latest toolset to improve the quality of the deliverables by automating the end to end testing
Manage day-to-day efforts towards project accomplishments
Specific Knowledge/Skills
Strong expertise in designing applications on a large scale and with low latency
Professional experience in building production-ready code in Python by consuming RESTful APIs and deliver serverless solutions
Thorough understanding on AWS services - Lambda, SNS, RDS, etc
Good to have the understanding on chatbot frameworks and NLP concepts
Must be familiar with agile methodologies and the usage of the tools JIRA, Bitbucket.
Proficient in any of the database query languages like Oracle PL/SQL, MySQL will be a plus
Preferred Skills
Familiarity with AI Natural Language Processing(NLP) services like watson assistant, watson discovery, etc
