Sr Software QA Engineer ( Bot Testing ) @ Genesys India

• Develop test plans, test environment and test scenarios for new product features on Genesys Designer, the next generation of application development environment for Genesys Multi-cloud

• Improve test efficiency by adapting an automated approach

• Adopting and promoting best practices within the immediate and wider teams.

• Testing and automating the test cases in multiple cloud environments like AWS, Azure and GCP

General requirements:

• Should have 3-5 years of IT experience in software testing/automation

• Strong analytical, logical and communication skills

• Should be a good team player who enjoys collaborating with Cross organization teams

Technical Skills:

• Should have strong scripting experience in Python.

• S trong hands-on scripting experience in Java/JavaScript test automation frameworks Protractor/Selenium

• Should have experience in developing/testing Bots preferably Google DialogFlow

• Experience in developing Continuous Integration pipelines (CI/CD) using Jenkins

• Basic knowledge in NodeJS and REST API.

• Should have experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies

• Experience with Source control such as GITHub

Desirable Skills:

Familiarity with the following is a bonus:

• Having experience in Azure or AWS or any other cloud provider is preferable.

• Knowledge on Docker and Container Orchestration platform like Kubernetes are added advantage.

• Experience in working with Postgres and SQL DB
