Job Description

Responsibilities

• Building solid test plans for responsible features

• Create Automations using internal Automation tool

• Interacting with the scrum team to understand and plan for sprints

• Write and executes complete testing plans, protocols, and documentation for assigned portion of application; identifies and debugs, and create solutions for issues with code and integrate into software architecture

• Lead, develop, implement, track, and report on team and quality metrics

• Develop comprehensive test strategies with a customer workflow focus

• Customer interaction on product forum

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering

• 3-5 years of software development experience with Cloud architecture and backend services

• Experience in CAD Engineering (CAM, Electronics & Simulation experience a plus)

• Experience in CAD 2D/3D Sketching & Sketch Parameters

• Familiarity with Cloud Testing and a good understanding of container-based infrastructure on Azure/AWS (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes, etc.)

• Experience in backend scripting languages - shell/python, etc

• Solid understanding of applying state-of-the-art software quality assurance methods, strategies, concepts, and tools

• Experience with commercial or internally developed automation tools

• Experience with black box testing

• Experience with software testing methodologies

• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub, etc.)

• Ability to adapt to new tools & technologies

• Strong analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Familiarity with Agile Software Development (preferably Scrum)

• Hands on experience with CAD/CAM software

• Experience in backend scripting languages - shell/python, etc a plus
