B2B calling,
Lead generation through call and mail
Client handling
Coordination with client
Design and production team
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

Handle grievances to preserve the companys reputation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:-

• Should be quite customer friendly and should be able to persuade the users.
• Must understand what the customer requires and accordingly act on implementing and provide a relevant solution to them in a short span of time.
• The main objective of a telemarketer is to promote the growth of the business by expanding the companys customer network.
• Should be very persistent and result oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: 10,000 to 20,000 per month
