Education = Graduate from any stream, MBA would be an added advantage
Age 25 years and above
Experience 3 to 5 years of experience in direct sales

Key responsibilities of Sales Manager 1. Work with Management in strategizing customer acquisition opportunities and methodology
2. Collate details of various associations / organization / data sources that will provide lists of potential customer databases
3. Reach out to these associations / institutions / other platforms to canvas interest for the Indipal Service offering and for canvassing benefits of the Service
4. Responsible to conduct the webinars / workshops with each target group that shows interest to understand the Indipal Service better
5. Manage the entire Sales process and provide feedback to Management on Customer feedback and what changes we need to make in Service Offerings, Standard Plans, Pricing or similar items
6. Responsible for ensuring that we achieve the monthly New Customer Acquisition targets at effective costs of acquisition
Selection process Candidates will shortlisted based on their performance in personal interviews
Compensatiion 5 to 6 Lacs PA, not a constraint for a deserving candidate
