Job Responsibility and duties:
* Call Insurance Carriers for claim information.
* Call Doctors' Offices for any queries.
* Plan, organize and efficiently handle the Practice.
* Understand the errors in practice & make decisions in timely manner and Complete the job tasks in prescribed time.
* Communicate with the billing team regarding appeals.
* Make team members to complete all necessary action part after getting denial reason and make them to follow up the EOB from the billing team.
