Roles & Responsibilities
Our Team member role has two aspects:
1. As a Delivery Manager
He/ She is supposed to achieve his/her team targets.
Ensuring high Quality of Hire for each mandate allocated to him/her.
Ensuring internal and external customer satisfaction.
Accumulate and share in-depth knowledge, insights, and relationships to the practice/ industries allocated to him/ her.
2. As a Relationship Manager
He/ She will be responsible for mandate closures and the satisfaction of clients.
Ensure high-quality farming of positions from all allocated clients.
Ensuring High Process Quality for all the business processes including operating software like ATS and CRM.
Eligibility
- **Years of experience**: Good quality experience in middle and senior-level recruitments in related industries.
- **Relevant education**: Education: Preferably A graduate in any commercial or sciences. Engineering graduates will have an edge.
- **Relevant Skill1** High Fidelity search skills.: Boolean search, X-ray search, Deep google search skills
- **Relevant Skill2 **A high degree of collaboration and teamwork
- **Relevant Skill3 **An Effective communicator
- **Relevant Skill4 **A high degree of skills in Problem solving and critical thinking
