Job Description

Urgent Opening for Talent Acquisition Specialist in Dubai based company.!!!

Designation - Jr./Sr.Talent Acquisition Specialist

Ctc - Upto 10.00L. + Other Allowances.

Qualification - Any Graduate.

Experience - Min 5 years

This role will include remotely working till March, post March location will be Malad. (Should be flexible travelling Internationally )

Roles & Responsibilities -

Sourcing
Initial candidate Fitment.
Discovery interview.
Screening and then coordination for further interview rounds with the Interview panel.
Creation of Role brief.
Job description understanding with the hiring managers.
Creating JD.
Post selection Offer negotiation and generation of offer letter.

The position will report to Manager Shared Services & Talent Acquisition, who is based out of Dubai and is currently handling the portfolio & in turn reports to Director HR.
