Job Responsibilities:
- Managing Administration and Operation of 4- 5 banks within the cluster
- Allocating annual operating profits and managing profitability of the cluster
- Setting and monitoring of targets for branches
- Handling of Audit & Compliance issues
- Business Development and maintaining Client relation
- Marketing of third party products
- Ensuring that the financials of the branch are under control and the branch adheres to the Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) norms at all times
- Providing advisory services to corporate & high net-worth customers on funds management while maintaining relationship with Key Accounts
- Responsible for dealing with external and internal auditors and inspections and compliance
- Supervising Key Areas including Marketing, Business Channel Development, Team Development, Cost Management, Revenue Generation
- Monitoring the Cluster sales targets, conceptualizing & implementing competent strategies in coordination with the branches and the Sales team with a view to penetrate new accounts and expand existing ones for a wide range of financial products & services
Key Skills:
- Ability to lead and guide a team to help achieve business targets
- Ability to build and manage relationships within and outside the organization
- Ability to conceptualize, plan and implement strategies to achieve business objectives
Educational Qualification: Any Graduate
Work Experience: 6 years of work experience
