He is accountable for 100% Receivables.
Need to Ensure min of6 Appointment and 3 product Presentations per CSS.
He need to Ensure monthly 60 presentations with his CRC members.
Is responsible to educate and adhere Code of conduct to his Team members
He is responsible to Recruit Min of 2 CSS per month thru various recruitment activities.
Must ensure long term relationship with all customer continuously through personal meetings & help them with required services.
He needs to validate all Demos /Presentations ( thru live voice) done by Team members on daily basis, he has ensure all his team members visits previous cycle customer for a Gift-A-Smile.
He is responsible to Train his Team members on field and Role plays on selling skills / objection handling etc.
