ZONAL SALES MANAGER / REGIONAL SALES MANAGER
ZSM / RSM Would be based at the respective locations / cities.
Should be Post Graduate with minimum 15 years experience FMCG / Furnishing products Industry at managerial level.
Will be responsible for :
1. Sales and marketing of the company's brands / FMCG products ( Home furnishing products etc. )
2. Business plans of the Unit - short term and long term ;
3. Would be responsible for appointment and development of the Distribution channel in his respective zone;
4. Would select, appoint and help dealer and distributors and C&F Agents in various cities / states;
4. Should have handled Franchisee development in several states;
5. Maximize the growth and profit of the Profit Unit by increasing the market share of the company's products
6. Should be able to help the Management in company's expansion plans and new products
7. Would be responsible for developing his Sales and marketing team and manage them at multi state level.
8. Setting and developing marketing strategy to make the products visibility and increase the presence to the maximum extent .
