Job Description
To look after the whole activities Process operations Production.
To maintain the personal as well as plant hygiene.
To arrange the training programme of GMP, GHP, CIP and HACCP, ISO for all company persons.
To supervise all the raw material /packing material /In house testings to our Executives.
To guide the Executives how to work on the Shop Floor.
To look after all the checklists of each section like process, formulation, inside/outside of the plant.
Working in ERP for Production related data. Also trained teammates.
Maintaining all equipment's in proper working condition.
Cross check all testing like moisture, shelf life, OV, FFA, Salt, GSM, BS etc. daily.
Take part in internal audit (Personal Hygiene/Plant Hygiene) as well as External Audit (HACCP/ISO22000).
Preparation of SOP related to ISO
Work as ISO coordinator
Development of new varieties.
Maintain the record of the performance of teammates.
Preparing Seasonings.
To look after the whole production, Costing of the finished products.
