Job Description

Dear Candidate,
Greetings for the day!
We are hiring for Customer Service Executive

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Providing resolution for customer related queries on R Money products and processes at the call centre
  • Developing a strong client relationship for customer satisfaction and experience as prime focus
  • Attending to customers telephone calls.
  • Outbound calling activity as and when there is a business requirement e .g Sales lead generation /SEBI documents etc
  • Cross selling

Key Performance Indicators

Managing customer expectations
(Measured by: Percentage score of Calls evaluated)
Call deliverables
(Measured by: Percentage score of ACD report)
Quality Deliverables- No errors- communication quality- content- product knowledge etc
(Measured by: Percentage score of Calls evaluated)
Learning and development
(Measured by: Training Man days)
Adherence to process
Various departments within the organisations
Reliance Money Clients


Experience 1 to 3 years


Technical Competencies / Skills

  • Excellent communications skills, persuasive & presentable
  • Basic Capital Market Knowledge
  • Experience of working in a Call Centre affiliated with financial products


Personal Attributes

  • Basic understanding of call cenrtre and must have worked with one.
  • Well versed with communication skills (Well spoken in English/Hindi)
  • Attention to detail and accuracy with adherence to company policy
  • Team Work



Formal Qualifications
12th Std or Bachelors degree in any discipline
