One of our esteemed Tech Clients in Pune, are into helps enterprises migrate to the cloud, protect their workloads through backup and disaster recovery, and manage multiple physical, virtual, and cloud environments.Company Helps over 400 enterprises migrate, protect, and manage their data in the cloud.
Company is Supporting a suite of services including Disaster Recovery and Backup, Hybrid Cloud Management, and Cloud Migration and Replication, computing resourcesphysical, virtual, and cloud machines

Basically it is a well-established private company supporting customers from the Fortune 500 and large public agencies, around the globe.

Position Associate Technical Manager- Dev

Experience 5+ years

Location Baner,Pune

Responsibilities-

- Minimum 8 years of overall development experience.

- 5+ years of research and design experience with technically leading end-to-end at least one project/product.

- Exposureof2+ years for Agile software development with leading small to medium sized team.

- Ability to quickly adapt to fast changing requirementsof the startup world with leading highly motivated result driven team.

- Sound knowledge of virtualization and cloud technologies, storage internals and Linux system fundamentals.

- Understanding as well as hands-on experience with one or more container technologies (Kubernetes, docker, etc.) is a big plus.

- 5+ years of hands on development experience for a product/projectin OOPS based languages (Preferably in C++).

- At least BE/BS in computer science or relevant streams.

- Any experience of taking a product or a solution from zero to one will be another big plus.
