Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant - IVR Developer


Responsibilities

  • Extensive hands-on experience in handling Avaya Aura Experience Portal
  • Excellent knowledge of developing multi-lingual self-service IVR applications using DB/ REST API / JavaScript integration
  • A thorough understanding of API request processing with an emphasis on REST APIs.
  • Experience in design, development & implementation of large IVR projects
  • Experience in various CRM integration with CTI
  • Designing of solution architecture with various Avaya and cloud tools/technologies
  • Integration of 03rd party applications with Avaya IVR
  • Must have ability to understand the customer requirement and convert it into the design specification

Minimum qualifications

  • MCA / B. Tech Graduate
  • Level 2+ experience in development of complex IVR applications using Avaya Orchestration Designer/VXML/CCXML
  • Level 1.5 experience of designing and development knowledge of Google Dialogflow.
  • Hands on Experience into Natural Language Processing, Machine Learning, Text, Voice.
  • Proficiency in SQL query building and integration with IVR.
  • Experience in webservice integration
  • Level 2 experience in managing a team of IVR developers
  • Experience in handling omnichannel contact center solution

Preferred qualifications

  • Expertise with Avaya Aura Experience Portal, Google Dialogflow, CTI, other contact center tools and technologies.
  • Experience in handling medium/large size customer RFI/ RFQ/ RFP
  • Development of POC setup relevant to Contact Center or upcoming customer demo
  • Self-drove in achieving goals and driving new technology integration and solution
  • Experience in building and mentoring technical teams
