To discuss and understand the requirements from the reporting head.
To understand the priorities of the requirements to work as to fulfill with potential hires
with in deadlines.
Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking System.
To have knowledge on US Demographics, Culture, Geography, Work Visa and Permits, tax
terms like W2, 1099, C2C (Corp to Corp).
To be able to use different types of searches efficiently (google search, job boards, Boolean
search, etc.), education, employment (full time/part time, per diem, etc.), requirement and
other important terms like I-94, I-129, etc.
Publish requirements on career pages, job boards and social media.
Screen resumes and job applications.
Source and contact potential candidates.
Evaluate (According to requirement) candidates for best fitment of requirement.
Check for visa status of the candidates.
Interview candidates and shortlists qualified potential hires.
Update reporting head followed by client on the hiring status of the requirements.
Schedule interviews for shortlisted candidates (by client) and prepare/inform candidates
before interviews with clients.
Keep detailed records of past applicants information, including resumes, documents if any
and interview evaluations.
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection
process.
