Job Description

1. Minimum 1 Years of experience into HR related CONTENT designing and teaching HR course.
2. Offline training ,Conducting online webinars / live sessions / Online Training program
3. Team Training & Handling Students counselling Client Interaction
4. Minimum 1 Years of experience as a Trainer into Staffing Recruitment
5. Candidate should be a Graduate
6. Excellent written & verbal communication skills
7. Prior experience of developing training material & modules as per organization needs is a must
8. Demonstrated ability to customize training modules & material according to organization needs
9. Should have collaborated with staffing delivery and identified learning gaps
10. Effective in addressing learning gaps individually
11. Hands on with post training assessments & tests
12. Should have excellent knowledge of in demand IT skills & understanding complex technology job descriptions
