Position: Executive/ Senior Executive
Department: Recovery (Legal)
Qualification: LLB
No of years of experience: Minimum 2 years preferably in recovery of Receivables/Loans (NPA/NCLT)
Location: Mumbai

Job Profile

• Liaison with Borrowers/Lenders for timely recovery of Receivables/Debtors for regular recovery cases as well as NPA/NCLT cases.
• Handling day to day operational matters related to Receivables/Debtors.
• Sending confirmation mail to concerned party after realising the Receivables/Debtors.
• Maintain MIS data for Receivables/Debtors on daily basis.
• Initiation of legal action in regard to NPA/NCLT cases etc., if required.
