HR Function & Internal Recruitments To handle Overall functions of HR Vertical Take over head hunting, talent acquisition/recruitment for various open positions for the company Being responsible for employee on boarding and conduction employee orientation and induction programs for new joiners Being responsible for employee retention and employee grievances or other issues Payroll Activities- Be responsible for monthly processing of salary Monitor, Track and Manage Leaves and Attendance and Employees Being responsible for working on any new policies/procedures for the company as required implementing best practices Student Placements:

Responsible to place MCTA students in companies which are hiring for Digital Marketing position/ Data Science Positions Responsible to source and on-board new companies on a regular basis having requirement for Digital marketing and Data Science Positions.

Liaison between corporate HR and students to schedule interviews and responsible to successfully place students in reputed organisation Giving demo on MCTAs placement portal to students who are applying for placement assistance program offered by us.

Maintaining positive relations with students and ensuring student satisfaction and resolving student concerns/queries related to placements Responsible for grooming students by conducting Mock Interviews with Student, guiding them on resume making and preparing them for Interviews Conducting Interview skills workshop on a quarterly basis across all the centers

Skills Required:Candidate having MBA-HR degree preferred Minimum experience of 2-3 years into Recruitments Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills Candidate from Mumbai Region only
