Job Description

Job Objective:-

1. Responsible for planning, executing, monitoring & improving Brass Pressure die casting, machine shop production & overall performance in shifts.

1. Responsible for handling Manpower in shifts.

2. Responsible for Daily production output in respective shift plan Vs Actual.

3. Preparing MIS Reports (Weekly Production Report, Consumption Report & Coverage Report) and process Analysis Charts.

4. Responsible for customer complaints.

5. Responsible for improvement in Conversion Cost.

6. Maintaining 5s activity, to ensure safety, discipline, & productivity on the shop floor.

Personal Characteristic:-

Process Oriented Analytical skills Creativity & innovation Initiative & Drive People Management & Leadership Good communication skills, written and verbal.
