Principal Group Product Manager - Noida @ Microsoft

• Partner closely with peers and leaders in OMG and across E+D to define and communicate a multi-year strategy and iterative release plan
• Creates and builds a strategic agenda for teams to identify customers unmet or unknown needs and market opportunities.
• Deeply understand customers and competitors, and use that knowledge to define solutions that solve real problems and create real delight. Build a culture of customer obsession.
• Drives and coaches teams to develop problem statements and form hypotheses of new feature(s)/feature areas.
• Creates clarity for team by communicating the business priorities and vision and helping them incorporate that into their plans.
• Managers deliver success through empowerment and accountability by modeling, coaching, and caring.
• Understands the broader ecosystem of Microsoft products and where to leverage capabilities and functionalities across the ecosystem.

Qualifications

• A history of working comfortably and confidently through ambiguity
• Demonstrated commitment to identifying and solving problems for your team and customers
• 10+ years experience as a Program Manager, Product Manager, or related experience
• 4+ years experience managing people
