Job Description

Of Chief Marketing Officer. Responsibilities : - Should be responsible for planning, developing, implementing and monitoring the overall business marketing strategy in the organization. Should alsobe responsible for market research, pricing, product marketing, marketing communications, advertising and public relations.
HE should also guide the team of sales management, new business development, product development, distribution channel management and customer service.
He should be both analytical and creative, and possess extensive knowledge in a variety of disciplines such as production, information technology, legal and finance. Skills Requirement :-

Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Flexibility
Passionate customer advocacy
Thorough knowledge of marketing principles, brand, product and service management
Deep understanding of changing market dynamics
Entrepreneurial spirit

Qualification : -

Bachelor's degree or MBA
Any specialization in Marketing course will be an added advantage

Salary : 2-3 Lacs Per month
