Role:

To recruit advisors and lead them
Generate sales through team of advisors.
Train and motivate team members.
Generate leads through team and close it.
Fulfill the market need and achieve the business targets.
Consulting with customers on regular basis.

Desired Candidate Profile

-Minimum 2 years of work experience in BFSI sales.

-Should be a Graduate ( any discipline) with sales background

-Go-getter

-High on energy with positive outlook.

-Excellent interpersonal communication and presentation skills
