The person will be responsible for overall development of the team of at least 5 medical representatives . will be responsible for achieving the sales targets of his team through ethical sales. the person will report to zonal sales head and will his boys adhere to the policies of company laid from time to time. should be a live wire young graduate will an aptitude to sell and excel. should be able to pick the product knowledge. ASM prime job is to ensure that his team mates implement the policies of the company in field.
